Facilities The Bar

The Bar is the pulsating heart of the Club – the room where Members and their guests meet for a pre-prandial beverage, and to which some of them return for a post-prandial. It is the place to meet friends and make new friends.

The Bar provides an opportunity for Members and their guests to socialise in sophisticated and private surroundings before going on to a show, concert or other function.

From the Bar’s large bay window, which once looked out over Cardiff Arms Park, the view is of the impressive Principality Stadium and is inevitably a talking point, particularly with first-time visitors to the Club.

On a shelf, conveniently to hand, is a set of reference books capable of settling most disagreements about a name, place, grape, date or event.
